When I first conceived the idea of opening Molly's , I thought to myself: "How will my restaurant be different?" The answer was pretty clear. First off, I love break-fast and can eat it in the AM, at noon or in the PM. Secondly, I want choice. I want to have options for different types of potatoes and meats and breads and eggs- I don't want to be limited in any way. Thirdly, I want to enjoy my meal in an environment that is different. Look around you. And lastly, I want to be known for offering friendly services and for being affordable. Simply, I wanted a place for everyone to enjoy good food with friends or family. I love it.
